“I quietly ventured into nature and suddenly, there was magic all around me”

Combining nutrition, fresh air and new perspectives

Whether you join us in the mountains of Montana, seaside on the San Juan Islands of the Pacific Northwest, or somewhere in between, we know one thing for certain: Nature provides the perfect opportunity for you to disconnect from your day-to-day and reconnect to what is important.

We're building community by providing opportunities to slow down, be more mindful, unplug, connect with others, share information, nourish our souls and spend some time intentionally creating an individual path to what wellness looks like for ourselves.

Pam Novak

Clancy, Montana

Pam Novak lives in Montana, holds degrees in Business and Psychology, is an IIN-certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and a recovering workplace multi-tasker/ladder-climber/over-thinker. After 25+ years of craving work-life balance, Pam has learned to trust her intuition and is leaning-in to a mission and purpose of empowering others to build resilience, recognize their strengths, define success, focus on selfcare, and create their own amazing story.

She believes in the power of synchronicity, in self-actualization and that simply showing up for people is the most important element of humankind. She isn't an over-zealous health guru, doesn’t really like kale, and will probably never give up chocolate! She is guided by the principle of bio-individuality and is constantly redefining what a healthy lifestyle looks like — through both primary and secondary foods.

As a co-founder of Northern Pine Wellness Group, she is answering a calling to build 'communitity' through positivity, connection, loving-kindness and the healing power of nature. Along with her sweet dog, Piper, her heart is silently drawn to the mountains, riverbanks, fresh air, firesides, and wherever sunlight dances.

Pam Robertson

Bellingham, Washington

Pam is thrilled to be a part of Northern Pine Wellness Group mt.wa. She practices the idea that physical and emotional wellness can be found within the power of nature, rest, self reflection, nutrition and from the support of others.

Most recently, Pam's journey has led her to the Pacific Northwest, on a path that has drawn her to supporting and empowering others. That experience led her to want to offer others a safe and welcoming place to process their own journeys.

Pam's career has focused on the care of children and families in schools and social work settings. She received her degrees from Evergreen State College in Washington (Go Geoducks) in Health and Human Services. Pam's passions include hiking, finding solitude in the outdoors and testing her bravery in new adventures. Pam has been known to jump out of perfectly good airplanes, trek through Iceland and is always up for a good laugh. Pam believes that adventures bring growth, and connections with others bring harmony.
